libreoffice3.3 desktop-integration installation errors

I get a number of errors similar to the one below when I run
$ su -c 'yum install --nogpgcheck *redhat*.rpm'

do I have to uninstall openoffice?

If so, how and if not what do I have to do to complete the installation?

IIRC, you have to remove OOo in order to install LO packages.

$ su -c "yum remove openoffice*"

After that you can install LO packages.
