Having trouble w/ Libre, I uninstalled, then reinstalled 7.xx,didn't so did same w/ 6.xx. Can't open any Libre docs. Any ideas why?

Which distribution and release of Linux are you using? There are hundreds of different distributions so that would be the first bit of information we would need. Did you download and install Libre Office from your distribution's repository? From some other source? If so, what source? What happens when you try to open a Libre Office document? What happens when you try to open libreoffice from a terminal?
