Can you help me with this problem please when executing a command it appears

No way anyone can help without a lot more info. What did you run? Did you install something outside of your distros repository?

Arch is a rolling release and only on 2.37

"Welcome to LQ" +1 #2 for the extra effort of translation! (although OP mentions an old RHEL, not fabulous Arch)

And for the correct reply: that more information is needed. The idea is: to give fully sufficient information that someone else could recreate the same error.

Did you try web researching the error?
The results will give you an idea of what additional information is needed, to narrow down your situation / problem. Here's the first result as a sample:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...-2-7-not-found
(notice it mentions the name of some tool application!)

RHEL release 5.7 is way out of date. RHEL 5 ended maintenance support in 2017 with extended support ended in 2020.

The current version is RHEL 9.

It appears something is trying to use a a glibc version that is not installed/supported on that old a server version.
The best fix is to upgrade to a more current version that does support GLIBC_2.7 or newer (and hopefully one that is still in support).
