If you don't mind paying for a book, then the O'Reilly book
Learning Perl by Randal L. Schwartz et al is good. It's up to the fourth edition now - I've owned the second and third editions (the second was more example based, which I prefered) and they were both very useful.
Otherwise, there are heaps of perl tutorials accessible from
http://www.perl.org/ and
http://www.perl.com/pub/q/documentation. Apart from that have a look at
man perl, there is a list of the available man pages for perl, including tutorials.
