its rpm file...
and i tried that it flashed an error in tar -xvjf ktorrent-3.0.0.tar.bz2
cd ktorrent-3.0.0
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/path/to/prefix/of/kde4/installation ..****
make
in the **** place
and how do i install wine ????? in mandriva ???

Well, I've very little experience with compiling, so I can be of much help with compile errors. If you don't mind running the 2.2.5 version of Ktorrent, then you should get the source. It has the normal configure->make->make install process.
