Konsole is a terminal emulator. You might learn about konsole by reading the Konsole help. You might learn more about terminal emulators by reading things like the stty man page and searching the web for more stuff. But I suspect you mean 'what are the basic command line programs - the basic commands - of a Unix-like system. For that, there are too many to list. You'll find them in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin, and /usr/sbin, mostly. Use one of those commands ('ls') to display those directories' contents. The first section of the manuals will be most helpful. Use another of those commands ('man') to display their contents. The commands in /bin are basically the most important, starting with your shell (which shows itself to you as the prompt you type into). You can try typing 'help' if you use bash and it will give you many builtins. Then the things in coreutils and certain other commands like find and grep and awk are the major ones.
If none of this is what you meant, try to restate.
