Mkandula LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2011 Posts: 1 Rep:	KGDB for Reboot & Linux-2.6.17.8 Hi I am trying to apply the KGDB patch to 2.6.17.8 and need some assistance to make it work for RedBoot. I am getting the following errors. This GDB was configured as "armv5b-linux"..../vmlinux: No such file or directory . (gdb) set remotebaud 115200 (gdb) target remote /dev/ttyS0 Remote debugging using /dev/ttyS0 Ignoring packet error, continuing... Ignoring packet error, continuing... Ignoring packet error, continuing... Couldn't establish connection to remote target Malformed response to offset query, timeout ...
