KDE Terminal..

What is the meanings of different options on this KDE terminal..

"New Shell"

"New Linux console"

"New midnight commander console"

"New root console"

"New root midnight commander console"

"New screen session"

SORRY FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS, BUT I AM STILL COMPLETELY NEW TO LINUX AND I'VE ALWAYS LEARNED THAT NO QUESTION IS STUPID

  1. New Shell -> Opens a new tab with your default shell
  2. New Linux Console -> Opens a new tab with the default Linux console schema
  3. New Root Shell -> opens a new tab which logs you in as root (you need to enter the root password)
  4. New Midnight Commander Console -> opens a tab that runs the Midnight Commander (MC) file manager
  5. New root Midnight Commander Console -> Same as above but for a root login
  6. New Screen Session -> Opens a tab that runs the screen window manager which enables you to run several shells in one window.
