K3B Recording in TAO vs. DAO?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use k3b to burn a VCD (I've already demuxed and remuxed to an .mpg with tovid), and whenever I try to use K3B's Video CD project, the recording fails and I get a message something like "Writing in TAO might solve this problem."

I don't know how to get K3B to run in TAO mode, any ideas? Or has anyone had this problem before and solved it?

Thanks.

After you click on the 'burn' icon or whatever, you should see a pull down menu "Burning mode". By default it says 'auto'. Pull it down to reveal TAO and DAO.

I only have Auto and DAO as possible options, guess I should have mentioned that.
