Joining Linux VM To Windows Network Dormain

Hi all,

I'm new to linux and need help from you experienced linux experts. I have created a linux vm on hyper-v and would like to put it on our network domain. The Hyper-V software is running on windows server 2008. I would appreciate it if you could please give me a step-by-step guide on how to make this possible or a reference where i can get information on how to do this.

Your help will be greatly appreciated,

Thanking you in advance.
