javaplugin_oji.so

javaplugin_oji.so or libjavaplugin_oji.so isn't installed on my PC at all through default installation nor is there a /usr/lib/java directory on my computer.

And yes, was installed as well through default settings.

Where can I download either files and where should I place it?

Thanks

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/install-linux.html
You'll have to link java to the plugin folder for firefox/mozilla, don't copy the file to the firefox plugin folder, symlink it there. Point konqueror to java in its preferences.

Thanks to you both. I thought the default installation settings would have set up all the plugins for the browsers.
