Issue with YUM??

My Machine is throwing the following error during:

Can anyone Help me how YUM Works?I mean to ask Suppose I have not registered my machine to RHN.Is it possible to work with YUM That way

Can Anyone Help me with this Idea?
I have NFS Server which I need to mount everytime to collect rpms and install it one by one.
What I am thinking of making it work same as Red Hat Network.(http://rhn.redhat.com)
I want it to be YUM Repo which will have RPMS of each distribution and thereby it will install the packages automatically through yum install <>.

I got some doc through http://tqmcube.com/repo.php but dint understand the 4th Step.
Does that needed compulsorily.I just need my YUM to point to that Repo and do automatic installation for the Packages.

Pls Suggest
