Issue in installing GPG verification key

Hi,

I have successfully downloaded repository package definition using wget command. Now i was supposed to install the correct GPG key using the below command:
wget http://syslog-ng-prod-repo.sdt.erics...-KEY-syslog-ng
rpm --import ./RPM-GPG-Key-syslog-ng

but on executing the rpm command i am getting the below error:
/RPM-GPG-Key-syslog-ng: import read failed(2).

Can anyone please help me with this ?

Thanks.
