Is there any ways to solve the clash of nautils and conky?

i am in gnome2.
nautils always cover conky

thanks first!
i mean i am using gnome2.
and i also want to use conky.
but they are clash.
it seems nautilus cover conky.
conky is not show in desktop.


i have written
double_buffer yes
and
own_window yes
to ~/.conky
but dont solve this problem
