first
c drive is arbitrarily assigned by windows
Linux doesn't care about what is c: d: etc in windows... it uses raw partition access
for all linux cares windows could be installed on ZZZ:
as long as linux knows where to find the installation of windows it will be fine
second, linux HAS to be installed second after windows because windows has a nasty habit of overwriting the boot sector without asking, therefore it would erase a previously installed copy of grub rendering linux inaccessable (note there is a way to fix that, however it would be much easier to just install windows FIRST)
