There is no problem with grub but you will need to tell grub that windows is not installed in c: and that it should find windows in other drive. But if you are installing linux after windows then you do not need to worry about it. Grub should pick it up automatically.

first
c drive is arbitrarily assigned by windows
Linux doesn't care about what is c: d: etc in windows... it uses raw partition access
for all linux cares windows could be installed on ZZZ:
as long as linux knows where to find the installation of windows it will be fine

second, linux HAS to be installed second after windows because windows has a nasty habit of overwriting the boot sector without asking, therefore it would erase a previously installed copy of grub rendering linux inaccessable (note there is a way to fix that, however it would be much easier to just install windows FIRST)
