IPTables + Squid

We have 3 Broadband ISPs and 10 PCs.

Is ther any ways to setup a Linux Squid server which will route packets of:
3 PCs via ISP-1,
3 PCs via ISP-2,
3 PCs via ISP-3,

I believe some kind of IPTable rules or something else.

Please help.

I am too new to be able to script this.

I need someone to script this please.
I am ready to pay for the script.

I need the capability to
(1) define internet gateway per client IP
(2) Traffic prioritization (VoIP to get highest priority. All other traffic lower priority)

The above setup should work with Squid cacheing & proxy server.

If anyone is interested, please contact me (
As I said, I am ready to pay for this script.
