@Emerson - I missed that link so far on post #10. and yes if i have enough support from IT and enough knowledge on Linux, I wouldn't ask this question here...thank you for your time though...

You are not acting very rationally. You are using a commercial distro, as you are a paying customer the first obvious help source for you is Red Hat Support. They will walk you thru this setup. Why didn't you call them?
Second, you don't pay attention. You just admitted you even did not read fully the response from szboardstretcher. In computing world people with attention disorder will not get anywhere.
Thus my recommendation to get qualified help stands.
