Post Intergraph

Found 2th Handstore and bought.

Intergraph TD-30
Dual Pentium I, 133Mhz
56xxx Kb Ram (all 60ns)
Adaptec 7850 SCSI
2x Fuijtsu 1GB

Ran Windows NT-4 Server (ok, worked)
Tried Os/2 install: failed
Tried Linux install: failed
Tried Windows 98Se : Whoaahaha ( M$="Suicide blond")

Both on the same problem, boot floppy couldnt initiate to level 2.
after 2 secs it rebooted the system and all returns virgin.

Linux cannot accept on harddisk copied images/rpms
and requests for CDROM - cannot detour the source
Tried via Lanman 2.5 (MSLan via Amd/Pcnet etc..)
Linux doesnt know there is a network at all.

Howto make NFS work (host=winXP! )

The TD-30 mentioned was off for a long time due to Parity errors - still unknown to me why and where. But its running again.

I managed to add an IDE controller and Slip a CDROM to it, installed Linux RedHat 7.1 in almost 9 Hours (really a Fat package).
I used an IBM SCSI unit sized 4GB and have now 90MB Edo for the RAMs

But now the final destiny lies within our grasp, the video card and its drivers are on the chart.

Matrox Millenium (millenium bug?)
