installing partimage

hi.
I am tying install part image but ı receiving an error message like this:

#./configure
configure: error: SSL Headers not found.

i am using ubuntu 9.10 64bit

Try installing this:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/libssl-dev

sudo apt-get install partimage

SSL Headers : sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

thank you for answer but idownloaded and run:

i receiving same error message.
