Installing of new software on live USB Pen drive
Dear friends,
I installed Slax linux (from Slax linux live CD) on my 1 GB USB pen drive.
This pen drive has two partitions.
Slax has 'konqueror' for web browsing and I like firefox. I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox and could use Firefox. But, after a reboot, the 'Firefox' that I installed on the USB Pen drive vanished into thin air.
May I request anybody in the know of things, to inform whether it is possible to install new software on the USB Drive which survives a reboot. If it is possible, please convey the procedure to be adopted.
Thanks in advance,
Yours faithfully,
talpa_sai.
P.S.: Procedure for installation of add-on's for firefox may please also be conveyed.
