Question Install RedHat in textmode?


Hello i want to know how we can install redhat Linux Enterprise in text mode on my system ???

Use the following command at the boot prompt: linux text. Also see http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Re...ide/index.html.

Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

Scripting is a way to automate tasks in Linux. Anything you can do with a command at the prompt you can put in a script to automate that task. Bash is the most common and known among system administrators but of course there are others like Korn, Perl, Python, etc...
A good starting point for learning Bash are the following links:
