Welcome to LQ.

rpmbuild --rebuild flex-2.5.35-8.el6.src.rpm
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/lin...-8.el6.src.rpm
.. and install the new created package : flex-2.5.35-8.i386.rpm

Or much easier : # yum install wine
'wine' is in the EPEL repo https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL
