Install Antivirus and Firewall

HI. I have just loaded Ubuntu Linux on my computer which already has WinXP on it.I need a Firewall and Anti virus program and installation instructions please. The more I use Ubuntu the less I want to use XP. My email is 81143@lizzy.com.au.......Regards...........Normael

If you need to install Anti virus for Ubuntu you can download ClamAv and for Firewall you can use Guard Dog.
Both are available through Synaptic.
Linux is virtually virus free so you can definitely do without anti virus as such if your usage permits it.
