Red face Incomming/outgoing mails+Send mail

Hi list, Greatings to all...

I am setting up a sendmail server. It is working fine. Now the only problem is, due to security reasons, our management is willing to setup a mail id to which all the mails to the rest of mail ids will be stored. We also informed the setup to the users. Even after a long search we cant find an eaxact way. Heared that, there is some way if we use a cominnation of proc mail we can do that.

If anyone knows a good way, please share your ideas. Tons of thaks in advance...

Would be glad to help, if I could figure out what you're asking. Your question is very vague and hard to follow. Can you please write it more clearly, and explain what you're wanting to accomplish?
