Import zfs of pool by ID

I moved the SSD on which the zfs pool is located to another PC.
I imported the pool
Code:
zpool import -f my_pool
The pool was imported as /dev/sdx.
I want to cancel it and import it by id
Code:
zpool import -d /dev/disk/by-id my_pool
How to choose the procedure?
