im trying to find my menu. ya i have this op system and have no idea how to use it


im trying to find my menu ! ya i have no idea how to use this linux op system. the guys who installed it want me to pay for their instuction and im broke so cant right now. please help me navigate this system. ty debra1127

Firstly, try to spell correctly.
Secondly, which Linux distribution are you using?
What do you mean with "your" menu?

Ubuntu would be the distribution you are using. Don't let these guys scam you, a free manual is available online at https://help.ubuntu.com/
As for the menu, it can be found in the top left-hand corner of the screen, just click on the circle looking icon. There you can see all your applications.
