install Xubuntu on linpus lite

Hi there, made the live usb pen/stick, but I understand that I can keep the linpus lite, being given the partition option - if I can boot from the pendrive. Do I have to put in some commands, if yes, which ones - who can help with my Acer Aspire One ?

Not sure what you're asking. If you have Xubuntu on a pen drive, you can boot from it and run it without doing anything to the Linpus Lite installation on your system's SSD or HDD. Alternatively, you could wipe Linpus, losing whatever data you haven't backed up, and replace it with Xubuntu.

my experience with ubuntu 9.04 iso (on a cd), unetbootin install a few years ago:
partly through, the installer said that the image was bad. the installer asked if i wanted to finish via a netinstall. after I stubbornly bumbled around trying to keep to the iso, I gave up. the netinstall finished the install. So unetbootin and/or ubuntu installer were flexible.

digression: from a marketing perspective, that name 'linpus' and the linux penguin do not mix well
