I screwed something up

Alright, currently my system has two WD 74 Raptors. I put WinXP Pro on one of them. Then installed Suse 9.1. I had Suse 9.1 up and running. I used GRUB for the boot manager. I just installed Slackware 10.0. It asked me if I wanted to use LILO as the boot manager. Since I was fine with using GRUB, I selected no. Now something is screwy. When I boot up, it doesn't go to GRUB or LILO. It goes to a black screen and says "Verifying DMI Pool". It just sits at this screen =\ Any idea?
