I rebooted server now I cant retreive emails via outlook express

Hello, I have rebooted my server in the past with no problems, but this time I reboot and cannot receive my emails through outlook express from my server. OH gives me the error (replaces "mysite" with sitename)

The host 'mail.mysite.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'admin@mysite.com', Server: 'mail.mysite.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I rebuild the email database and restarted Pop3 again but still no go. Any ideas? Thanks

did you have the pop3 service running? since you rebooted, it may be that when you dont turn on the service it stays off. heh, im a noob too. Im not sure if its like php admin in windows where it can be started manually or stopped.
