I lost the electricity for moments and my computer power off ( I don't know if it's the right expression ) then I turned on my computer again and found this thing which I don't have any idea what is it

Looks like you may have a damaged hard drive, /dev/sdb is unable to process certain requests, the rdsosreport file noted may contain more information, maybe worth using less or tail to check over it if you can. Or as it says place on a usb stick.

You would normally plug it in and mount it... It maybe an idea in your case to get a liveCD however and boot the system using that. Then examining the hard drives from a GUI. Given this is /dev/sdb then this would be the secondary drive, do you have anything on the primary drive?

If you know anybody good with linux/hardware, I'd consider asking them to check over it in person. I suspect it would take a long time to suggest all the things to check here. Tho one question as the system boots, does it mention anything about SMART failures? if it does then that would likely confirm it is a hard drive issue.
