Question I am stuck with deleting a user

Hi, I am a bit confused.
I created in Ubuntu Desktop LTS,
3 users 2 of them I was able to delete but I got one user which I can't delete, I looked for a solution in Google I tried sudo deluser username, and it says "user toor doesn't exist, but when I go to cat /etc/group I still see the user.
I also tried deleting the group I attached the user to, and I deleted the group successfully but the user still there even though I deleted the group.

I also added a screenshot from what I see in cat /etc/group
and the message I receive when I do the deluer command

maybe I'm missing something or doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what.

users are in /etc/passwd, groups are in /etc/group. The output of /etc/group shows there's a group toor, it says nothing about user toor.

Have you read the man page for deluser and its options?
How did you delete the group?

Not for faint of heart, but vipw is the tool to manage users manually, vigr for groups.
