Unhappy I am a newbie for sure. I tried to down load a flash player..opps

software index is broken. Need to remove flash player plugin but don't know how. Can someone help me, Please.

Which is the linux distribution that you are using.
If its ubuntu, go to Synaptic Package Manager and remove it.

Ok. The software index is broken. Didn't read that before.

Try this -
sudo apt-get install -f
