I'm running emc2 on a cnc machine( xylotex )and can't get things going.

I'm running a xylotex cnc machine with emc2. I ran the test program and it is ok but the sample files will not operate. The motors click but do not turn. I have reset, reconfigured, and still the machine will not run.Any ideas?
