You've tried it already? Have you restarted apache and cleaned your browser's cache?

Still the same thing,

I'm using a script on my site that when users go to my site, it forwards from index.php to login.php if that helps. So when they go to the site, its mysite.com/login.php, by default

Any further ideas?

Is there a way to redirect all except DEFINED IP using this?

Redirect 301 / http://www.example.com/

I FIGURED IT OUT!! This is for my web server. I also had to include the IP Address for my server too.
