Hello and wel-come to LQ.
If you are using dual booting you can simply mount windows partitions under linux.
Code:
# mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
/dev/sda1 is your windows partition and /mnt is your mount point
if you have ntfs windows partition then you have to install
fuse-ntfs-3g package in linux to mount ntfs partitions.
