how to setup DNS

I'm new in Linux and already completed setup my Linux Server using Redhat Enterprise 3.0. I plan to connect my server with fixed IP address and would like to have a hostname for my server with ns1/ns2. For example if my domain name is then I want to have and as my dns. In this case all my future domain can be pointed to and Can anybody tell me how to do it.

You need to examine the contents of the /etc/resolv.conf file and set it up appropriately. Try executing 'man resolv.conf' to find out more about how to set this file up.
