Question How to Restore a Backup(KleanSweap)

I used Kleansweap recently & used it to remove some files I think now were important.
AnyWay I chose to backup the files I deleted using the Backup option on Kleansweap but I dont know how to restore the files.
I know where I put them but I cant find any option to restore the Backup.
Could anyone know how I can do this, I have had no experience with this before & need a bit of help.
Thanks AnyOne
