How to relay audio and video with winamp?

How to relay audio and video with winamp?

I want to relay and broadcast audio and video from my friends' winamp.

My friends want to broadcast their audio and video with winamp. And make my server media center for relaying their winamp's audio and video streaming.

That is like this;

One of my friends broadcast his audio or video at "http://myferiends.com:8080/a1.pls", and My server relay this address into "http://myserver.com:8080/myserver.pls".

Also I can broadcast audio and video resources on my server.

Where can I find a program or documents for this?

Hello,
You're on a linux forum, and as far as I know, winamp doesn't exist on linux.
For multimedia broadcasting, I'm using VLC (which exists on many platforms).
