How to recover Fedora 12 after installing Windows 7


I have installed Fedora 12 then updated all the packages, after that my windows got some problem due to viruses, so i reinstalled Windows 7 then i lost my grub loader

So please help me in recover my Fedora 12 with out reinstalling it again with the grub recover tools.

i tried to recover grub, but i cant do it

When installing windows, it will overwrite your master boot record without asking you or informing you. You just need to re-install Grub to the master boot record. You can load your Fedora (or any Linux) CD and enter a terminal as root and run the command: fdisk -l (lower case Letter L) and post the output of your partition information here and someone will be able to tell you what you need to enter.

Another option would be to download the supergrubdisk and use it to restore grub.
