You have to make sure the redhat 7.2 kernel supports mounting ntfs partitions. Chances are that it does, but its READ only. You won't be able to write and move things around on the ntfs partitions.
Add a line in your /etc/fstab file like this:
/dev/hdXX /mnt/win2k ntfs defaults,ro 0 0
make sure you modify the XX to the suitable partition letter and number. Also, create the /mnt/win2k directory.
About mounting the linux partitions in win2k, that isnt possible as far as I know, but I could be wrong
