what is the file format? whats the extension of the file that you downloaded. Also, why do u need dosbox? the reason I ask this is because there may be an easier alternative to dosbox.
A new directory will be created with all of the extracted files.
Look in that new directory and there should be a read me or install text file. This should explain how to compile and install the software.
