1-> Just type "cd" followed by the directory you want to change to. If the directory contains spaces, place quotes around it.
2-> Two ways. First way is easiest, check yum. There should be a package called flashplayer-nonfree or something similar, that will install Adobe Flash Player for you. Just make sure that if you install it, you remove all of the "Gnash" flash player stuff. The command to do this should be, as root:
Code:
yum install flashplayer-nonfree
Second method is to manually download the appropriate package from adobe.com and extract it. Then place the libflashplayer.so.0 file in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins.

If you want flash in Mozilla Firefox, you can also use flash-aid. Works quite well.

From a similar thread:

In Firefox, Tools > Addons > Get Add-ons. Search for "flash-aid". Click Add to Firefox. Restart mozilla, follow the prompts.

Cheers,
Chris
