Welcome. Which distro is this for, and which file manager have you tried so far? There are a few different file managers used by the various distros but they are similar enough that you should find them nearly identical. It is a matter of drag and drop.
If this is homework, then you'll have to do the work yourself but it would help to know which distro you are trying this on and which file manager you are using.

I need to find a file in a folder and then move the file to another folder, how do I write it in Linux?
