how to create shadow file

hi

i had install fedora5 in my pc.
i have new user int os.
now the shadow file error.
it is not allowing to access from remote

can any one help.

please upgrade to Fedora 7 or 8. As far as I know Fedora Core 5 is unsupported and thus vulnerable unless you patch things yourself (and my guess would be you don't).

Please post the errors in full and the command that causes the error.
