Dear mchristopher, do you have gmail id ?? If you have, then join google plus and follow (Linus Torvalds), you can find him with regular updates .

Bear in mind, though, that Linus is a very busy man. Depending on the nature of your questions, there may be a better forum then just e-mailing them to Mr. Torvalds.
