How to change lvm's size?

How to change lvm's size?

1. I wanto change the size of "/dev/mapper/VolGroup-lv_root" and that of "/dev/mapper/VolGroup-lv_home".

2. How to resolve this problem - "Disk /dev/mapper/VolGroup-lv_home doesn't contain a valid partition table"?

This is my hard disk's state.

[root@localhost /]# fdisk -l

Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
