How install omnetpp3.3p1 in fedora

hello
please I try to install omnet version 3.3p1 in many different fedora version starting from 5-12 and didn't success in installation the same problem appear although I sequence the steps of installation step by step but without any progress Please Colud any one guide me to right installation steps
with regards
