how do I make a driver for a wifi usb dongle

First of all I am a complete newbie when it comes to linux. I barely understand the jargon associated withit. For example, I just found out today what a GRUB and LILO were. Well back to my question, initially there was no linux driver provided for my gigafast WF741-UIC wireless usb dongle. Then 2 months later the company provided a how-to on making the driver. But whoever wrote it had bad grammer and used a lot of terms that I didnt understand. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a quick and easy way to get or build a driver for a gigafast WF741-UIC wireless usb donge. BTW, I am using redhat v8
