Unhappy How do i get multi session on red hat enterprise 5


I have Red Hat Enterprise 5 loaded on a server but my problem is i have several users that have to log on remotely but in order to remotely access it i found that i have to log in first and the user i log in as is the only user available remotely? Any help how to activate multi session remote access?

Thanx and i would appreciate it if anyone could help!!!!!!!!

How were the users set-up, and by which means are they "logging in remotely"?
