Apple has chosen not to support Linux. iTunes is only available for Windows and Mac.
There are many fine music applications that run natively in Linux, such as Rhythmbox and Amarok. If you do a Google search for "best linux audio players" you'll find some good suggestions.
If you are using the Gnome version of Fedora, you already have Rhythmbox installed. Go to your Applications menu and give it a try, see if you like it!
Frostwire may not be available for Fedora. Fedora has a lack of available software. I think Banshee is the best linux alternative to itunes as of right now, you should look it up.
Rhythmbox picks up your iPod by default and allows you to not only "sync", but to just drag and drop to/from the iPod like a regular thumb drive. I would assume Amarok does the same thing but I haven't used it in years.
Whats a music player that allows you to sync music into your ipod and how can I get it?
Ubuntu and Fedora both come with Rhythmbox installed, so there. Rhythmbox can sync with iPods easily. And if you want to sync an iPod Touch, try installing the ipheth library (I know it's available on Ubuntu, but I wonder about Fedora).
